Weekly prices and availability can be found on this site.  Short breaks are only available as last minute bookings at any time of year.

 

Weekly lets run from 3.00 p.m. Saturday to 10 a.m. the following Saturday.

 

We are happy to accept payment in Euros or Dollars, but an additional charge will be payable, due to conversion rates and bank charges.

 

Bank transfer details can be supplied for guests abroad.

 

To Book a Cottage

 

a.      Please contact by e-mail steve@tyr-pwll.co.uk or telephone 01873 850457 to confirm availability for the date and cottage you require.

 

b.     The cottage will be reserved and held provisionally or you for five days.

 

c.       To confirm your cottage, Fill in the Enquiry Form and submit. If paying by cheque please send completed booking for with Cheque made payable to Mr S Mear.

d.       If paying by credit card we will send you an you an e-mail with a link to a secure payment site.

 

       

Terms & Conditions

 

1.   Provisional bookings can be made by telephone or e-mail and these will be

      kept for five days.

2.   Confirmation of booking will require a completed Booking Form and a 20%

      non-refundable deposit.

3.   The balance of the full cost of the holiday is due six weeks before the start of

      the holiday.

4.   The cottage can only be occupied by the listed number of people.  The owner

      has the right to refuse admittance if this condition is not observed.

5.   Cottages will be available from 3.00pm on the day of arrival and should be

      vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure.

6.   No smoking and no pets are allowed in the cottages.

7.   Any complaints should be directed to the proprietor who will attempt to

      resolve any problems to the mutual satisfaction of both parties.

8.   In the unfortunate case of cancelling a holiday the balance will be refunded

      only if the owners are successful in re-letting the cottage.  Holiday

      cancellations must be made in writing and sent by 1st class post.

9.   Cottages are let on the basis that all holiday makers will take due care and

      consideration while in the facilities and pay for any damage caused.
